Thank you for checking out my shop policies. I want my customers to be comfortable with my shipping arrangements, return policies and any other details which they might have questions about. If I fail to make something clear please do not hesitate to ask for clarification. I am sure there are things I have not thought of and would appreciate having them pointed out.

Shipping Information

I ship USPS and I use the cheapest route unless there is a special reason or holiday then I will go priority and absorb the extra expense. I do not include the cost of packaging or delivery confirmation in my shipping charges. So far my shipping charges have been accurate or below my cost. In the event that I overcharge by more than a dollar I will refund it separately after mailing.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I have a no hassle return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason it may be returned for a full refund plus shipping costs there and back. You need not give a reason for the return though, of course, one would be appreciated. I try to describe my products accurately and provide good pictures but it can never be the same as holding it, looking at it and in the case of cedar smelling it.
