I have always had a passion for horses and baking. My family could not afford a horse growing up so it wasn't until I hit my 50's that my dream came true! My husband was kind enough to buy me my first horse. We found Jax who had been neglected and needed to be rescued. He blossomed into a very sweet, special horse. I started baking cookies for Jax and sharing them around the barn. They were a big hit! I decided to start selling his cookies so that horses all over could enjoy them too. Thus, Jax Snacks was born.Jax Snacks is a family owned business in Northern California.
