Thank you for visiting Coley Clothing and Design! My goal is to take the ordinary and make it unexpected. I love to work with reclaimed, found and recycled materials. I am inspired by the beautiful and the macabre. I hope to show this juxtaposition in my designs.
Shipping Information
I ship items via USPS, and choose the fastest shipping option available within the shipping costs. Domestic shipping includes a Delivery Confirmation, I will send you the Delivery Confirmation number the day I ship out. Please note that International buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. I do offer insurance, please contact me before your purchase so I can make the adjustment.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Some items are made to order, there are no returns on custom items. If I have made a mistake, I will work with you to sort it out. Other items that are not made to order may be returned for a full refund minus the shipping costs.
Extra Information
Paypal is preferred.
Google Checkout is also an acceptable means of payment. Please mark the "Other" in payment options and an invoice will be sent to the email address that you have on file with Zibbet. This email will contain a link where you can make payment. If you aren't already a member you can fill in your information to make a payment using your debit or credit card.
I also accept personal checks. For non-custom orders, items will be shipped as soon as payment has been made and cleared.
Payment is due within 5 days of purchase. If you are sending payment via snail mail, please let me know right after your purchase and I will provide you with my address.
Rush orders on custom items will require a 25% fee, which will be added to the order total. Please contact me before placing a rush order so I can determine bandwidth and make the adjustment to the listing. The 25% rush fee does not apply to the expedited shipping, which will be charged at cost based on the calculation on USPS.com

Consignment inquiries will be considered. Please send your consignment policy along with two references.
