Shipping Information

I ship via USPS, Monday through Friday after receiving cleared payment on an item. Shipping and Handling can be found in the listing.

*USA Shipping

USPS First Class - Tracking is provided on shipments.

*International

Canada - I ship USPS International. Items shipping to Canada can take up to three weeks to arrive, although in my experience it's usually much sooner. The customer is responsible to pay for any taxes, charges, or customs fees.

Everywhere Else - Shipping can vary depending on the country. I will ship the most inexpensive and efficient way possible. Again, customer is responsible for taxes, charges, customs fees etc.

**Note to all international customers - I will not understate the value of my jewelry to ship through customs nor will I mark any purchase as a *gift*.

All other international shipping please send me a message for pricing. Tracking is provided for an additional fee for international shipping.

Anyone who lives locally and would like to pick up their order may do so. Please let me know and I will make arrangements with you and will refund any shipping costs.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Please let me know ASAP if you are returning the item. Jewelry must be in original condition and return postage must be paid by the customer. A full refund, minus shipping will be given after it is received by me. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.

Please do not leave any negative or neutral feedback if you are not happy. Just message me and I am sure we can resolve any questions you may have.

My goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction and 100% positive feedback!

Payment

I prefer PayPal. It's easy for both of us.
Payment is required within 3 business days for PayPal payments and 7 days for money orders.
Contact me if you need other arrangements.
I do accept money orders but keep in mind this will delay the shipping of your item.

I am working to add Google Payments and Amazon Payments into my payment options.

Arizona Residents will be charged 5.6% sales tax.
