I try to have fair shipping costs and most items are sent priority mail and some are sent parcel post. Shipping cost incl packaging supplies, gas etc.
Most items ship within 2 business days after cleared payment. I ship fast, but can not control it after it leaves my hands. Items are packaged with love. Please keep in mind the shipping includes the cost of packing materials so your items will get to you safe and sound. I know shipping rates have gone up yet again ALONG with GAS and this is reflected in my price ~sorry~ I hate it too trust me!
Is for protection. I will try and state in the product info if insurance is included, but you are always welcome to request it. I do ship my glass art items insured.
Damaged Items: Your items will typically not be eligible for replacements due to carrier mishandling unless they are shipped via UPS or FedEx (currently not my main carrier). If you want to be sure your package has insurance, you must ask at the time of your order. I will send you a PayPal request for the additional cost.
If you purchased insurance and have carrier mishandling, you will be asked to provide a photo of the damaged item. The item will be replaced with a duplicate item.
I do include Delivery Confirmation on just about every order
Also note...Sometimes, you may find that you are the proud owner of a recycled box for shipping. (Hey, it's good for the planet anyway!)
International Buyers – Please Note:
I LOVE to ship to other countries as well so if you see something let me know and I will GLADLY get a shipping quote for you.
* Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
* Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. I know alot of buyers are already aware of this, but just in case I wanted you to be aware ;)
* These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. I ship all my items First class or Priority USPS mail.
* I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior I was told..and trust me I use to do this.
IF you see something and I do not have a price down for shipping please please feel free to contact me as I might have not known a shipping price yet so I did not add it as I would love to ship one of my items to you as I am honored to have both US and International buyers :)
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I do have another online store that some of my item on here are listed on there as well, but please know as soon as something sells I immediately remove it from the other listing. If for some freak chance an item sells on both sites at the same time, the person that made the purchase first will receive it obviously and I will gladly refund or offer to make a new item for the one that did not. This has not happen (yet) but I just wanted to let you know just incase cause I want all my customers to be happy customers :)
**If an item arrives broken please let me know ASAP. I will need pictures to show post office or I might send you a copy of proof of insurance to take to your PO to show them damage to get refund. Once PO has issued refund for damage I will gladly make another item. Just send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will go from there.
If you get an item and decide it is not something that will workout, you have 3 days to return it from the time it was delivered for a refund. Buyers are expected to return an item if they want a full refund. ... If you do not return the item I am unable to refund you. I really try hard to work with my customers and want them all to be happy, like me! :)
If for any reason you are not happy with the item or if the item was damaged in shipping PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE YOU LEAVE BAD FEEDBACK ! I am always happy to help when I can to resolve your reason for wanting to leave a negative feedback. I feel those should only be left if your overall experience with a seller or buyer is a bad one. We are not all perfect, but we can sure try to make things right.
