I paint because I love to. It is a means of expression that cannot be criticised. I can express what I feel about the world and people in it without being accused of libel and slander or anything else. For me my paintings and images are as real and more real than the physical world. My world of art is more attractive than the real world with all its deceit, abuse and selfishness. I don't want to part with any of my paintings. I sell them so that I can finance further painting.

Shipping Information

SHIPPING COSTS - These vary so much across the continents. They are aproximate so I will refund big discrepancies and overcharging by Paypal.
Remember you don't have to have a paypal account to use Paypal. You can use all the popular credit cards.
Customs fees,- the client/purchaser is responsible for any fees incurred with customs and taxes. Some countries are more reasonable than otherss.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

LETTER OF AUTHENTIFICATION -
All paintings are accompanied by a letter of authentication.

LOST PAINTINGS - What happens if an order gets lost in transit? I hope this never happens and it shouldn't. Our reputable shippers track every delivery so I have not known of a painting to be lost yet, touch wood. Please allow sufficient time for lost items to be found and delivered. If it is not found after a year, I will rectify this somehow.

DAMAGED PAINTINGS - What happens if an order arrives damaged? This should never happen, but a lot depends on the nature of the damage. If unrepairable I will repaint it.

REFUNDS - I issue refunds, returns or exchanges if you are not completely happy with the purchase?
- under what conditions?
- within what time frame?
- who will pay for the return postage?
This will be negociated.

MY PERSONAL GURANTEE TO YOU - I promise you that I will deal with every problem fairly on an individual basis until it is resolved to both our satisfaction. An unhappy purchaser is not in my business plan and your complete satisfaction is what will ensure my success in the future.
All I can say is that I believe a good deal is one which is fair to both parties and one in which they both get what they want.

Extra Information

All business is conducted through zibbet. So please don't try to sidetrack or cut Zibbet out of the loop. Don't ask me for my email or give me yours. All payments are transacted through the Zibbet approved Paypal and visa etc. Please don't offer or attempt to overpay me with a US accredited cheque of any kind and then ask me to refund the difference to yourself or a third party. It's an old confidence trick that won't work on Zibbet. Zibbet is a well organised and ethical company that we the artists can trust and which protects us from scammers like Johnnycool, Johnny Abe and his next alias. So, Johnny please don't waste my time.
