Shipping Information

Items are shipped within a business day of purchase. We also ship internationally to most places.

US- For orders under $50 we ship first class. For orders over $50 we ship priority mail.

International- International packages under $50 are shipped USPS First Class. Unfortunately, this can sometimes result in long wait times (6-8 weeks in some cases) as each package makes it's way through customs. Generally, most have arrived somewhere between 7 to 10 business days but it's difficult to predict due to their passage through customs. We cannot guarantee arrival by a certain date.

I require insurance for international orders over $50 to protect against loss or theft. Please note that international customers must wait at least 8 weeks from the date their item is shipped before requesting a replacement for non-delivery.

Also, note that I cannot mark customs forms as gift. Orders will arrive marked other, along with an accurate description of the contents and the price (minus shipping) paid for the order. Please feel free to contact me for more information.

Customers are responsible for all taxes and fees charged in their home country which includes Customs fees/duty taxes/VAT (Value Added Tax).

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Packages are delivered directly to a Post Office or a Post Office Mail box. Tracking is provided by Paypal on domestic shipping. If a shipment is confirmed delivered to the address on file, then the buyer will assume responsibility for the loss. Please check your shipping address on file with Paypal to ensure proper delvery. Please allow reasonable delays during holiday seasons and inclement weather. Generally, shipments arrive in a timely manner but delays can occur.

Extra Information

We gladly accept custom orders. Prices will vary based on materials and length of item. A special listing will also be created. Due to the nature of special orders and that materials and time sometimes cannot be recouped, prepayment is required.
