Frustrated with the standard soap dishes? They just collect bits of water and the soap goes to mush, I created these soap dishes, mats, coasters to avoid all of that and they work great!

They are crocheted with air passageways under the soap so that both the mat and the soap stays relatively dry or drys fairly quickly.

Interesting things happen when you pray. I was thinking about teaming up with a soap maker to display their soaps with my soap dishes....well, I didn't even have to ask anyone because after I featured Pure Heart Soaps in a treasury, she sent me some of her soaps as a thank you gift. Prayer answered!

The blue soap and pink heart soaps are two of her mini soaps. They inspired me to create a mini soap dish. The soap is not included buy you may purchase them here:

The mini soap dishes are approximately 3 to 3 1/2 inches wide and made of 100% cotton grown in the USA. They may also be used as a make-up remover pad.

***Some shrinkage naturally occurs with cotton, although the manufacturer states machine washable and dryable, to prevent shrinkage and color fading,I recommend hand washing in cold water and towel/air dry or machine dry until damp and finish with air dry***

*Many natural soaps have an acidic content which may cause fading or bleeding of colors, if this is the case I recommend a neutral color for the yarn such as white or beige.*
