Is what I get when I crochet an article just for you, the way you want it and in your color of choice! It is my desire for you to enjoy using your special item as much as I enjoy making it.

All items are prayerfully made and as my name says, customized to your request.
Just click the "Ask Seller A Question" under Options on the right side and send me your information. I will create a reserved listing for you with your design and color in mind.

Shipping Information

If the item is marked "Ready to Ship" I will ship within 24 - 48 hours of payment and are shipped USPS First Class unless otherwise noted, but I am willing to accommodate other shipping preferences, please let me know in a message before ordering.

Custom orders vary with the item(s) being made, but generally I ship within 3 days of purchase. Some items may take longer depending on the request, the availability of yarn, etc. I will communicate with you at the time of your custom order request the expected production time and expected shipment date. I cannot guarantee date received by, but will guarantee the date shipped by. Please keep post office irregularities in mind when requesting a ship by date.

I am willing to ship internationally, please message me to determine the cost. Customs requirements are the purchasers responsibility.

Shipping prices DO NOT include any additional services, such as insurance or tracking. If you prefer additional services, again, just let me know so I can add it to the order.

I am not able to refund for lost packages. If this is a concern, I will be happy to add insurance to the listing at your request before payment. Please message me to determine the amount you will be paying and I can change the listing accordingly.

I choose the shipping preference for FREE SHIPPING offers and coupons, either parcel post, first class or priority depending on cost and size of item shipped. If you have a preference please message me before ordering and so that we can agree and I will prepare a reserve listing for you.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I work very closely with my customers to assure that the item received is as expected, BUT if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me before returning.

Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery and with prior notification.
The Item must be returned in the same condition (unused) as it was sent to the recipient.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Extra Information

Please use only paypal in US dollars to pay.

PayPal can be used even if you don't have an account.. Choose PayPal option, click "Pay Now" after submitting the order, then choose "I don't have a PayPal account" option and pay with your credit card. That simple!!

Payment is due at the time of order, please contact me to cancel an order.

I am also willing to order specialty yarn for yarn preferences, but please be prepared for a longer production time and delivery time.
