If you are considering a purchase at my little shop, here is some info that you might find useful.

Shipping Information

Within five business days of cleared payment, your purchase will be securely packed and shipped via USPS first class mail. I ship a minimum of twice per week. All domestic purchases include a delivery confirmation number.

Please make sure that your zibbet address is accurate, as this is the address that I will ship to. I do provide gift shipping, just let me know in the message to seller section at checkout.

International buyers are solely responsible for any and all customs fees incurred. Please be advised that international shipping times can vary between one and six weeks in the various postal systems.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

My goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you do have a concern, please contact me within 5 days of receipt to determine a resolution.

If a refund or exchange is necessary, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Extra Information

All items are lovingly handmade by me, using vintage ephemera, papers, photos, fabric, etc. The glass I use in my pendants is a natural product and may sometimes contain small yet charming bubbles. All computer monitors vary, therefore your item's "real life" colors may vary slightly than what you see on your screen. Unless labeled as one of a kind, most of my items are made to order.
