Welcome to Spectacular Designs! My goal is to provide you with high-quality, beautiful graphics work for any occasion. I offer everything from "blank-file-to-beautiful" custom design packages to simple customizable templates to image sets for your own shop.
My wedding packages can include everything from save-the-dates to place cards, and everything in between. I also create everything from shower invitations to baby announcements; just let me know what you're going to need, and we'll come up with something beautiful!
**Custom Stationery**
[Deposit]
A $150 deposit is required for complete custom stationery ("blank-file-to-beautiful"). This deposit is required for your first set of proofs and will apply to your order total. Once I have designed your proofs the deposit cannot be refunded. Full payment on your order is required before printing begins. The balance will be due after proof approval and before printing.
[Proofing Process]
After you convo me requesting a custom design, I'll send you a questionnaire to get a better idea of the vision you have for your invitations. You'll get your first proof within 3 business days. You may request changes five additional times. All proofs after the initial six are $25 each.
**Personalizing a Template**

A $65 deposit is required for personalization. This deposit is required for your first set of proofs and will apply to your order total. Once I have designed your proofs the deposit cannot be refunded. Full payment on your order is required before printing begins. The balance will be due after proof approval and before printing.
[Proofing Process]
After you convo me requesting a personalization of a current invitation, I'll send you a questionnaire to get your wording and your color theme. Your order includes 3 rounds of proofs. The first round of proofs will be emailed to you within 3 business days after you have submitted your wording. You may request changes two additional times, resulting in two additional sets of proofs. All proofs after the initial three are $10 each.

[Font Changes]
Font changes are not included in the proofing process but can be accommodated on select designs for a $10 design fee. Some invitations, where the design is based around the font, cannot be changed.

Shipping Information
Paper invitations will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which will arrive within 2-3 days in the US and 6-10 days internationally.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of wedding invitations, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
I am not responsible for misspellings in approved proofs, so be sure to check your proofs over carefully for spellings, punctuation, capitalization and grammar.
Returns based on color are not accepted. All computer monitors are different, so your printed stationery may not match what you see on your monitor. While color may not always be an exact match, keep in mind that I always make sure each order looks beautiful and that the color is pleasing!
I carefully check each order prior to shipping, but if there is a problem with your order please let me know as soon as possible and I will gladly fix it for you!
Extra Information
1. All designs in this store are copyrighted to Deadpan Snarker's Spectacular Designs.
2. I will fully uphold the legal rights of photographers. It is illegal for me to use images that are copyrighted without the permission of the photographer that holds the copyright. By submitting the photos, you agree that you are the photographer or have written permission to print the photos. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree to not hold me liable for any misuse of copyrighted images.

**Payment**
Currently, I accept Paypal. Please note that if paying by e-check, work on your design will not begin until payment has cleared. Digital proofs will be sent within 3 business days from clearance date.
**Sales Tax**
An 4.75% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Utah.
**Cancellation Policy**
The deposit for custom or personalized stationery is non-refundable once your proofs have been designed. You can still cancel your order at any point after that, but the deposit will not be refunded. Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.
