Shipping Information
SHIP TIME: Orders are typically made just for you. I ship orders within 3-7 calendar days of receipt of your payment (except during November/December).
SHIPPING & PACKAGING RUNDOWN: We ship via USPS by parcel post. Shipping charges are listed on the webpages. If we are over by more than $1.00 we will refund the difference. If we are under by more than $1.00, we will ask for more. If you wish your package to go by priority mail, we may ask for more, depending on your location. Please let us know is you would like Priority mail.
We strive to keep our shipping price as low as possible, because no one wants to pay extra money if they don't have to.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I don't refund orders just because you don't like the scent you ordered. everyone has a different scence of smell. all sales are final!unless damaged during shipping
All of my packages leave my company very well packaged and in excellent condition. If you receive a package that has damage to it, you must report it to USPS for a refund. I cannot refund money for damaged shipments.
