Shipping Information

Collars will be shipped USPS First Class in the continental US. Rates are listed for US and Canada. Combined shipping rates will apply. Please contact me for rates to any place else and I'll gladly get you a quote. Need it in a hurry, contact me.

Collars will be shipped within 1 working day of receipt of payment. Custom requests may take a little longer.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund, minus the shipping charge. The returned item must be in new, undamaged condition and postmarked within 30 days of the date it was purchased. Customer satisfaction is my goal.
