Why I Sell

When my daughter and son-in-law had a micro preemie baby and we discovered how hard it was to find "tiny" blankets I started making things for her. As she has grown and changed, so has what I make.

I love making things for her. I have been sewing for more than 40 years and quilting for about 20 years. I have recently added embroidered items to what I sell. I also do some crocheting.

I am a proud supporter of Autism1st.org. www.autism1st.org A good friend has 3 children, 2 of them with special needs: a son with severe Autism & a daughter who passed away from complications of Rett's Syndrome (a sister illness to Autism).

Because of our link to Autism we are involved with SARRC ( The Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center) and the Sutton's Strokes for Little Folks charity golf tournament. http://www.suttongolf.org
