The Dragonfly Dew line of Botanicals and Blends are created by hand in Monument, Colorado. I welcome your questions, comments and orders! My products are can be sent to you anywhere in the continental United States. I am also happy to host spa and gift parties for those of you local to the Denver/Monument/Colorado Springs area.

Shipping Information

As all of my products are made by hand, there may be times when certain items may not be available in the scent that you desire. If that's the case, please let me know and I will work with you to give you a date of availability.

Payment: I accept PayPal, but you don't have to have a Pay Pal account to make a purchase. All payments for purchases must be made within three (3) days of ordering. After payment is received, I will then package and ship your product and you will receive an email telling you it has shipped.

Shipping: It is my goal to ship your items as soon as possible, using the least costly method. Most orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping which usually delivers within 2 - 3 business days to most areas of the country. If you would like a particular shipping method (UPS, USPS or Local Pickup) please let me know. Also, if you would like to add insurance, please add a note.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy: Since all the Dragonfly Dew products are body and skincare products, I cannot accept returns. However, I do stand my the quality of my products and want you to be happy! Please let me about any problems and I will do my best to give you great customer service.

Extra Information

Privacy and Security: Dragonfly Dew uses PayPal as its order processing service, including all credit card transactions. Credit Card information is never seen by me, it's sent directly to PayPal. For information on how PayPal protects your privacy, please check this link. In addition, your physical and email addresses are only used to process the shipping of your order, and are never sold, shared, loaned or otherwise given by Dragonfly Dew to any other person or business.
