Shipping Information
Once payment is received, your item(s) will be shipped out within 1-2 business days via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. There is no shipping available on weekends or US Federal Holidays. International customers are responsible for any customs fees associated with shipping. Please contact me before purchasing if you are an international customer with any questions about this.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me immediately - and before leaving feedback. I'm committed to providing the highest standard of customer service. I accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase for US buyers and 45 days for international buyers. Refunds will only be issued once items are returned to me. Any money that is refunded as a result of a return will be credited to the buyer's original form of payment no later than the last day of the month in which the returned item was received by me in the appropriate condition. Unless the item was damaged upon receipt, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping. If the item was damaged upon receipt, I will refund the cost of return shipping minus customs fees (customs fees only apply to international buyers).
In some cases, damaged items may be able to be replaced. Each magnet is one of a kind, but similar magnets are sometimes able to be created depending on the materials used and what I still have in stock. If you would prefer an exchange instead of a return, please contact me and I will arrange this if possible.
Extra Information
A note on color: Monitors vary in how they display color. I have represented the color of my pieces as accurately as possible on my monitor but it may look slightly different on yours. If you have any questions regarding color please contact me and I will be happy to give you more information!
