Because I handcraft each of my items they are never exactly alike. I am not some soul in India crafting hundreds of the same item and getting paid 1 cent per dozen. I am an artist who enjoys many different mediums. I would become BORED STIFF if I made the same thing over and over again- SO I DON’T!
I participate in local craft and art shows, but they tend to be seasonal and do not have a high traffic of people looking at my creations; so I am now on ESTY, as well as, on my own website.
I did try selling on EBAY- but no one really buys arts and crafts from there- and I can't compete with china.

WE ARE A SMOKE FREE HOME. We do own a cat and a bird.

Shipping Information

I like sending items through the US Post Office- It often is not the fastest way to ship- but for me items always arrive. Any item UNDER 13 oz travels through the regular 1st Class mail and usually arrives at its destination in 3-4 days. Also my local postal driver is very accomodating with picking up packages.

However if you would prefer UPS I can ship that way as well. I will try to send your item the most inexpensive way possible.

I will e-mail you when your item ships. Please be kind and e-mail me when your item arrives.

IF YOU ARE LOCAL- please convo me and you can pick up your purchase to save on shipping- I will refund any shipping charge if you choose to pick up your purchase.

If you DO NOT SEE YOUR COUNTRY LISTED- PLEASE ASK ME TO ADD IT TO THE LISTING. I have not turned any country destination down yet. I have already shipped in the past to Canada, Denmark, Belgium, Australia, the UK.

ALL INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES ARE SENT FIRST CLASS MAIL- IT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN ITEM COSTING 4-8 DOLLARS SHIPPING OR COSTING $24-$38 FOR SHIPPING.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I will exchange any item if something is damaged. So far I have never had anything damaged and I have mailed glass cakeplates across the USA.

Extra Information

You can custom order just about anything from me. Almost everything can be personalized with names, dates, etc.

Tote bags and boxes can have your name on it- as an example!
Just one example is adding to your blank Christmas cards "from the family of ___" on the front.

HOWEVER E-MAIL ME WHEN YOU PURCHASE YOUR ITEM WITH YOUR REQUESTS! That way I won't ship it before I complete your extra magic!
I have a tendency to pack up an item and ship it as soon as I see it sold!

I accept Paypal, money orders and personal checks. I promptly (within 1 BUSINESS DAY) send out your purchase, as soon as, I recieve and CLEAR your payment. I WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL PAYMENT IS CLEARED- no exceptions
