When making a purchase of my original art please note the following:

All my artwork is managed and sold through my business, Art Time Productions. Payments will only be accepted via Art Time Productions PayPal account.

Unless stated otherwise all my artworks are created on pre-made, shop bought canvases which include light weight wooden frame supports for strength.

Artworks are sold unframed to keep postage costs to a minimum. They can be hung as is (you will need to attach your own hooks and wire to the back) or you can arrange your own framing.

Each artwork is custom packed for protection through the post using recycled cardboard packaging. This helps to keep postal costs down and is good for the planet.

Each artwork includes a certificate of authentication that includes brief details about the artwork's creation and background.

Shipping Information

No item will be shipped until full payment has been received and cleared.

Postage is set at the flat rate quoted or you may request postage be calculated for your specific item (which in some cases may end up being more than the flat rate. Calculating specific postage may cause delays in your item being sent).

All items sent via Australia Post and the postage service/carrier of your country.

Items will be sent via Registered Post which provides insurance for goods up to the value of AU$100.00. Additional Insurance available on request however the buyer pays the additional cost. Ask for quote.

International buyers (i.e. outside Australia) to pay any additional customs/import fees etc. that may be incurred.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Art Time Productions understands that experiencing art in person is different from seeing it as an image online. Should the artwork you receive not meet with your expectations Art Time Productions will provide a full refund if you are not happy with your purchase. Note that your item must be returned to receive a full refund.

Art Time Productions is not directly liable for any loss, theft or damage to any goods in transit however we will consider refunds if your item arrives damaged.

If you're item is lost in transit then Art Time Productions will follow up with our postal carrier and lodge a 'lost item' claim form and will keep you advised on progress. Art Time Productions will not provide refund items lost in transit. If you feel there could be a risk of your item going missing then we advise you to insure your item.

If problems arise please contact Art Time Productions and we will endeavor to resolve any issues.
