Shipping Information

Payment
► Faerwear accepts credit card payments and Paypal. Payment is due at checkout and non-payment is reported after 48 hours. Items are shipped upon clearance of your payment (usually this is instant or within 3-4 days unless your Paypal payment is an "e-Check" - in which case it could take up to 7 days to clear). If you do not already have a free Paypal account, you can also use the same option here to pay with your credit card, without signing up for Paypal. Simply follow the "I do not have a Paypal account" option after Etsy has taken you to Paypal and enter your card information securely. Simple!

Please make sure that the address you've provided Zibbet and the address you provide Paypal are one in the same - I use your confirmed Paypal account address to ship your packages for seller protection.

► Unless the item is custom and/or made-to-order, most orders go out within 2-3 days. Custom and made-to-order items can take up to one week before shipping. These items will be obviously noted.

WHENEVER POSSIBLE recycled packaging is used for shipping (boxes, bubble wrap, etc.) Packaging is expensive, and recycling saves the planet that inspires faerwear.

Whether it's a gift for you or for someone you love, your purchase will be shipped in a gift box and padded envelope.

Craft supplies are packed plainly and securely.

Generally, faerwear is shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation unless otherwise requested (obviously, international orders will require different options). Packages are insured on a by-request basis.

IF YOUR COUNTRY IS NOT LISTED AS A SHIPPING OPTION, CONTACT ME. FAERWEAR HAPPILY SHIPS INTERNATIONAL. Shipping rates do change by country so if yours isn't already listed, please inquire.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

► GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY:
Great pride and care is taken in the creation of faerwear (view feedback for reassurance!). Only quality components are used in faerwear designs - whenever possible, commercial components are avoided in lieu of handmaking them, instead.

RETURNABLE ITEMS:
All original, non-customized faerwear jewelry designs come with a return policy. The item should be returned within seven days from receipt, in its original and undamaged packaging. You will be refunded for the cost of the item, minus shipping fees.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: For hygiene reasons, I do not accept returns on earrings. Custom pieces such as the Braille pendants are generally NOT returnable unless your chosen letters on the pendant are generic enough for me to resell to the general public (i.e. "love", "peace", etc.).

I do not accept returns on knitting patterns, herbal or beauty products, dog treats, "farm fresh", vintage or destash/supplies.

Any returned item that shows obvious signs of wear will not incur a refund. If an item arrives damaged or breaks of its own accord, a one-time repair is free. Items broken due to excessive wear or use can also be repaired for a small fee which is based on the damage incurred (such as loss and replacement of materials).

Extra Information

► THE WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Faerwear is currently created in San Lorenzo, NM. My studio space is ALWAYS cigarette smoke free. My beloved canine sidekick is always with me, however (that's why I have her), but I am meticulous about things, promise - no dog hair will arrive with your items. If you are deathly allergic to dogs do let me know, however, so I can be extra, extra meticulous.

► GIFT CERTIFICATES:
At this time I do not offer gift certificates.

► CUSTOM WORK:
Yes, of course. Contact for details or use the Alchemy feature to request custom work from me. Please do note that custom orders take a bit longer. It is also worth mentioning here that faerwear custom work reflects faerwear style. The work of others will not be duplicated.
