Welcome to our Policies page.
As artists, we use turquoise hand-collected from the Kingman mines, antler naturally shed and collected in the forest, and vintage abalone shell from the 1970's, before it became illegal to collect. Mr Foxaz makes his jewelry in his non-smoking, cat friendly home workshop.
I create natural and vintage bead jewelry, collecting vintage components and beads from estate sales and thrift stores. Many of our chains are upcycled from vintage jewelry.
Shipping Information
We accept Paypal payments only. It's a simple and safe way to send money, and prevents any losses in the mail.
We expect payment immediately upon purchase. We will then ship within 24 hours of confirmed, verified Paypal payment. Buyers who don't pay within three days will have negative feedback left and sale cancelled.
We use USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation in the US. Internationally, we ship USPS First Class International Mail.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If an item is not as described, or arrives broken, return the item, with the original packaging, at your expense, for a refund or replacement.
Hats are not returnable.
All returns should be made within 7 days. Please contact us first.
