Bits 'n Beads is an online store, specializing in uniquely beaded and gemstone jewelry and accessories from necklaces and chokers to earrings and bracelets, charms, lanyards, eyeglass chains and more..

Each piece offered on the site is a unique, hand-crafted piece of art lovingly created by Gilliauna to be enjoyed for both its beauty and functionality.

If you would like to order multiples of an item or want different colors of something you see, please convo us. Discounts can be made on requests for multiples and as well as on large orders if contacted in convo prior to check-out.

All items listed for sale are made in a smoke-free environment. If you have allergy concerns pertaining to merchandise you're interested in purchasing, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information

You pay the shipping for your first item and we'll cover the shipping costs on any additional items in your order!

Unless otherwise arranged, all orders are shipped via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation for $3.00 on all domestic orders regardless of number of items sold.

If you prefer another method of shipment, please contact Gilliauna through e-mail ( gilliauna [at] gmail.com ) or by Etsy convo and we'll work out another method of shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING shipping is available at reasonable rates that are listed at the bottom of each item description. Please note that we are not responsible for any VAT/Customs fees that may be related to to your order nor will we help you in illegally circumventing these fees if they are applicable to you. Falsifying customs declarations or having an item marked as "gift" in order to avoid customs fees is classified as Mail Fraud and is a felony.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Items can be returned for store credit (less shipping charges) if shipped back within 14 days of the delivery date. Or, if you prefer, the item can be altered and we will then return it to you – all you’ll pay is shipping involved.

For alterations or repairs to an item, please contact us first (email: gilliauna [at] gmail [dot] com)

After the 14 day period, repairs and alterations may include a small handling and materials charge.
