Shipping Information
I ship purchases within 24 hours of receiving payment Monday through Friday. Most purchases made before noon (PST) ship the same day (except on postal holidays and weekends, of course). I live in an extremely rural area that has no weekend mail service, so purchase made late Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday --- my apologies for the unavoidable weekend delay.
● Jewelry is shipped First Class Mail, domestically and internationally, in small boxes inside a padded envelope.
● Pottery under 3 pounds is shipped either First Class or Priority Mail (depending on packaged weight) and pottery over 3 pounds is shipped UPS ground domestically.
● International pottery orders are shipped First Class International up to 4 lbs. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees their purchase may incur.
I do use recycled boxes, peanuts and bubble wrap whenever available.
I do not overcharge for shipping and carefully calculate shipping costs, and promptly refund overages of .50 cents or more through Paypal.
If you desire a shipping upgrade for a purchase you need quickly, please contact me so that I can make the adjustment. If I do not have shipping charges listed for your location, please convo me and I'll promptly calculate the postage.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I want you to be delighted with your purchase from my shop! If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me so that I can remedy the situation with a replacement or a refund (not including shipping charges)---whichever you prefer. Should your item arrived damaged --- I pack very carefully, and have yet to have an item damaged in transit over the course of 3+ years of shipping--- of course, I would refund the entire purchase price (including postage). Though I will need a photo for verification of breakage.
Extra Information
Regrettably, I'm unable to accept any new custom orders at this time.
I make every effort to accurately represent the colors of the items I sell---I describe the color as well as include photos from several angles in each listing then compare the colors of my items to those displayed on my monitor to make sure they are the same. However, I cannot be certain that other monitors will display the colors as mine does---please feel free to ask questions if you have concerns about color accuracy (or about anything else regarding my items), I'm friendly and happy to help :D.
