Shipping Information
I ship via standard Swiss B Post which usually takes 2 weeks to a month. If you would like a price quote for the faster shipping please contact me. This methods does include tracking. I usually ship once a week.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
♥Refunds and Exchanges - If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact me within 5 business days after receiving the item. You'll get a full refund for the cost of the item if it's sent back unused and in original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility.
♥Damages - If you receive an item that has been damaged in the mail please send me a photo of the item. I will be willing to replace it after a photo is received.
