Shipping Information

Shipped airmail. Any customs duty is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping to US and Canada only.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We do everything possible to assure your satisfaction, however, because clothing items are custom made, there is no refund. For other merchandise, unless it is faulty, there is no refund. All items are insured. Payment must be made and received before item is shipped.

Extra Information

If the measurements you provide are correct, the item will fit. It is very important that they be accurate. DO NOT try to measure yourself; have someone do it for you. If you have any questions, please email me and I will send you an illustration of what you need to measure.

The average turnaround is 10-14 business days, unless otherwise notified. This does not include shipping time, which varies.
