Description
This great Stethoscope cover is knitted with a soft merino wool in a wonderful colour combo of orange brown, dark purple and brownish green.
The snaps have a white star between the ring and the kitted fabric and a felt application for extra stabilization.
A friend of mine works as a nurse in the ER and she didn't like the Stethoscope covers you could buy. So she asked me if I could knit her a stethoscope cover that is not so bulky like the cloth ones.
I knitted her one similar to this one and she is very happy with it.
This multi coloured stethoscope sock is knitted in the round so it has no seams and has a very good stretch to it, so you can easily pull it over the bell.
And just snap the buttons close on each leg.
It has two legs with snaps on it so it will stay put and snugg.
It is hand knitted with sock merino yarn. The the bottom 1 1/2 / 4 cm has an extra elastic thread knitted with the yarn, for extra form stability.
Care:
You can wash it in the machine, gentle cycle, pull back into form then air dry or tumble dry low.
The tube measures about 53 cm/ 21 inches
and the little legs about 3.5cm/ 1 inch
