We use post office or UPS depending on the size of the order. Either way your order can be tracked. Shipments always have insurances.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Your order will be replaced without any question if you receive it damaged. We are responsible until you receive your order in case if it is lost. We will exchange it or refund your money if it is defective during regular use.
