Shipping Information

Orders are shipped within 24 hours via USPS.
Orders placed on weekends or US holidays will not ship until next business day.
If you must have Priority shipping (USA only) please contact me before you pay for your order. A surcharge will be added to your order.
I no longer offer USPS Express Mail Shipping.
International buyers are responsible for any custom fees.
Hatshadows is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or returned in transit.
Regrettably, we no longer ship to Mexico due to the high volume of lost packages.
Hatshadows is also not responsible for packages not received because buyer has furnished an incorrect "ship to" address. Please have your current address on file in Paypal.
Should you not provide us with your current address and your order is returned to us as "undeliverable" due to your incorrect address listed in your Paypal account you will be sent a Paypal invoice to re-ship your order to your correct address.
If you do not agree with these terms your money less shipping costs will be refunded.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us immediately if your order is not correct.
Please do not return anything without contacting us first. Packages must be returned brand new, without smoky or weirdy odors, coffee rings, greasy spots, stains, or bad vibes. Seriously. Return shipping charge is the responsibility of you, the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Books, patterns, approved custom orders and vintage items are not returnable.
