Due to the expense of international postage it is important to please read my shop policies before placing your order.

If ordering a tie dye T-shirt, please make sure you have ordered the correct size before placing your order.
The sizes shown are Australian sizes and in cm. (Until I can figure out how to put a size comparison chart on this site I suggest that you look up a country sizing comparison chart on the internet just to make sure your T-shirt will fit).

Shipping Information

As I sell items which vary quite a bit in weight, and because some countries now have weight related terrorist surcharges, I have not put a cheaper secondary shipping rate on most items.

However, if you are interested in purchasing more than one item, please contact me and I will give you a firm postage price for your items, either posted together or separately. This is especially important to US buyers as in some circumstances it is cheaper to post two under .500 gms items separately than together and incur the surcharge. It is therefore a good idea to contact me for a set postage cost. If you do wish to purchase I will edit the Artfire entry so that the price I quote will be the one charged to you.

The quoted shipping prices on most items are for standard Australia Post Air Mail Service which does allow compensation of up to $50 value for loss or damage to most destinations.If you require a different type of shipping (sea mail, registered post, express air, etc) or if you require additional insurance cover, please contact me before making your purchase and I will give you a firm price for your preferred shipping method or for shipping with extra insurance.

On some items it is difficult to guess the exact shipping rate once the item has been packed. If packaging and postage on an item results in a higher rate than quoted, then I will bear that cost, however international buyers are responsible for any customs or duties charges that may apply.

Please note that the shipping rate quoted may be higher than some other countries. This may be because I have included the new terrorist surcharge which is now being applied to all items entering the United States which are over .500gms in weight. If the packaging and postage costs less to send than the rate I quoted, I will refund the difference to you via Pay Pal.



If your item is delayed in transit, please contact me and I will do my best to find its location and how much longer it will be.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you have a quality issue with any item please contact me immediately.

Whilst I will exchange items of the same value if an incorrect size has been ordered, due to the distance and expense involved I will not be responsible for any postage costs incurred.

Please choose your items carefully as I do not accept returns if you simply change your mind about an item you have purchased.

Requests for exchanges or returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item. Items returned for exchange must be in the same condition in which they were sent.
