Shipping Information

FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE on Whole Forest and Critter Paintings (see Art section). I will take GREAT CARE to see that your painting arrives safely to you. My work will be lovingly wrapped in brown paper tied with a pretty string or ribbon, and decorative tape. I will then package it in the appropriate protective envelope or cardboard and send it off to you immediately.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your new purchase in any way I will be happy to offer you an exchange for anything else in my shop. I am unable to offer an exchange on a piece that has been damaged or altered in any way. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the item back to me, and will also be charged for the shipping of the new item. More than anything I want you to love your new purchase and I will bend over backwards to make it so!
