All jewelery is one-of-a-kind unless explicitly stated otherwise. Resizing is not available.
My chainmaille pieces are under the design division called Archer Jewelry Designs. Larger pieces are not reproduced, but many of my bracelets and earrings are available to be replicated upon request. Resizing is available with additional fee.
All material will be named to the best of my knowledge in every piece made by me.
On occasion, I may sell Vintage Jewelry not made by me. This will be indicated within the description of the item and the item will be placed in the proper category.
Hooks & Toggles is not responsible for any allergic reactions to metals and fiber materials used.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Hooks & Toggles strives for the best in customer care service and satisfaction. However, there are times when item(s) purchased are not quite what was expected or not the right fit. Hooks & Toggles understands that there are times when returns are necessary.
Items may be returned for any reason. If returned within 21 days of receipt of the item, the customer may choose between refund or exchange.
* Customer must first contact Hooks & Toggles Artisan Jewelry before return stating their intentions and whether they would like an Exchange or a Refund on said item(s).
* The item(s) must be returned in the same box/packaging received and in resellable condition unless otherwise stated.
Customers will be notified of receipt of their returned item as soon as possible.
Customer is responsible for return shipment and is recommended that all items returned be sent with Delivery Confirmation and insurance equalling the value of the item(s).
If a customer decides to return their jewelry purchase after 21 days, they will receive store credit only. Jewelry must be in resellable condition for this option or store credit will not be credited to the customer unless prior arrangements have been made.
Customers must email me first before any returns are made..
Upon receipt and confirmation of returned item(s), the customer choosing Store Credit will be notified and may choose an item or items of equal value of the returned item sans shipping and handling if applicable.
Upon receipt and confirmation of returned item(s), customers choosing a refund will receive 100% of the purchase price for each item returned sans shipping and handling if applicable within 3 business days.
