Hi! I'm Dee and I love to sew. I hope I can make things that make you happy for a long time.

I started sewing these bags as a way to replace the ugly WalMart bags they were selling to replace paper or plastic. The canvas and logos just repelled me. You can only use them there too. When we went to Plumbs or Meijers they have their own bags and I don't like the "look" you get when you pull out a bag that's not from their store. So here are some tote bags I've made.

I'm also extending out what I'm making. I have some purses I'm putting together and I am designing some gift box/bag you can use either for displays for products or just to give something to someone special.

If you want a cloth bag of some sort that I don't have here, different colors, dimensions, pockets, etc, just drop me an email. Even if you don't like the price, email me. I'm very versatile and will accept a fair offer. Each bag takes 4-6 hours to make. A couple of them took much more.

Who am I? I'm just a Jersey-girl who lives in the wilds of western Michigan and longs to get to my husband-to-be in Morocco. There is a beautiful farm waiting for me to spend my days sewing and chasing lambs, rabbits and chickens around while I tend my garden. Idyllic huh? I've waited 2 years so far. Outside of expenses all of the money I make on these bags goes into the purchase of my plane ticket to get there.

Will I still make bags after that? Oh yes! With even better fabrics and colors! Shipping policies will change but the quality of fabrics and colors will only improve.

People ask me "Why Morocco?" Simple answer. That's where HE IS. His family and life are there and my ties are few to this area. My kids are grown up and have their own lives and my ties with other family aren't that strong. I'll miss some things but the best of all is waiting for me there.

I'm also ill and the atmosphere, temperatures and chemicals in the US are literally killing me. I need to be away from them soon. What I have won't kill me but the chemicals I'm receiving for treatment just might. Medicate don't treat seems to be the MO of our medical profession.

I hope you enjoy the bags.
