I want you to be happy with what you've purchased. I will go to many lengths to make that happen. If there is a defect in a product you purchase please reach me as soon as you can. I will do whatever I can to repair, replace or refund.

My goal is to get to my husband-to-be and get married. By purchasing these bags you are helping me reach that goal. I want you to be happy with your purchase so let me know if you want alterations, special features or colors. If you don't see what you like, contact me. I'll see what I can do.

Shipping Information

I use the US Postal Service (USPS) to ship all purchases once the funds clear PayPal. As soon as the funds clear I make up the invoice and label and box it to you. When you purchase more than one product reach me and I'll combine the shipping into one unit, saving you cost and me some boxes.

I will email you the tracking number as soon as I have the label printed. The packages are picked up at my door each day. If you've purchased after the mail has run through it'll go out the next day, or day that there is postal service in the event of Sunday or holiday.

I will track the packages as they go out until they arrive at your door.

If you wish to use another shipping service, please let me know and we'll find out what the cost is together.

Are you not in the US? That's not a problem. I will ship internationally. That's a bit more expensive but I will ship the cheapest way possible. You are responsible for all customs fees you might incur.

You should receive your package within 5-7 days within the US. I am not sure of the time outside of the US. I've received packages in under 10 days from the UK.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I will replace, repair or refund any product you think is damaged or not usable. Please be clear in your description or send me a photo of what you feel is incorrect and we will go from there.

I would advise you to take the insurance on shipping but it is often a cost most people don't wish to pay for. If there is shipping damage, please let me know. I'll do what I can.

Extra Information

My goal is to have you happy with the product you've bought. If you're not happy within a reasonable time period, please let me know. If you don't tell me you're unhappy I can't respond and make it right.

I use mostly remnants and can't guarantee I can match all fabrics for additions or alterations. I will do my best though.
