Shipping Information

After the payment is received I raise an invoice for the client, it is of PDF format and will send through an email.
Prints are typically shipped within 7 days of receiving payment but sometimes the days may vary depending on number of orders or how my little 2 year old's tantrums are.I will send you a confirmation email after your order has been shipped. My prints are sealed inside a rigid cardboard envelope.

To ship outside of England, I use the Royal Mail Service. My packages take between 6 and 10 days to arrive in the US and other destinations, though they sometimes can take longer(postal delays).

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I do take extra care to wrap up fragile items to make sure it reaches you safely. However, happy customers are a priority, and will do my best to work out any problems if they occur.
Insurance can always be added to the shipping costs, but this can prove to be pricey.

If you don't love it you don't have to keep it, contact me before leaving feedback for return address information.
