Shipping Information
SHIPMENT:
-Items will be shipped from Pennsylvania, USA and will have tracking conformation. I will ship items in 48 hours after payment has been received on a business day.
- A shipping notification will be mailed to you from Paypal when your package is shipped. Jewelry will be shipped in jewelry Box. The box is brand new and recommended for storing your jewelry when they are not in use.
-Customer satisfaction is a top priority. So, please feel free to contact me
US will have tracking confirmation. Insurance and ETC can be requested at additional cost.
Other Countries are not available.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
REFUNDS/EXCHANGE
-Currently there is no refund policy, but you can ask for an exchange up to 7 days after delivery based off of delivery confirmation number in the US; other Countries you have up to 14 days since it takes longer for package to arrive. ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL FORM and NOT WORN. please coordinate with me firs.
-Customer is responsible for all shipping cost which will be coordinated through another listing thru Zibbet.
Restriction on jewelry:
-For sanitary reasons, earrings may not be exchanged.
-Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be exchanged.
-Custom orders and engraved items are not exchangeable since pictures are shown prior to shipment.
-CLEARANCE SALES/SPECIALS are FINAL. NO EXCHANGE ALLOWED
Extra Information
It is recommended that all jewelry products be kept in a zip lock bag in cold/room temperature to prevent tarnish. Jewelry with beads are semi precious stones like pearls, quartz or AC coating should not be dipped in any cleaners. Use an anti-tarnish cloth to wipe after each use to keep the beautiful shine.
