Shipping Information

I will post your order to the address listed on your Paypal account. If you would prefer your purchase to be sent to an alternative address please contact me immediately.

I will post within 5 business days of payment being received.

Shipping is via Australia Post. International orders are sent via Airmail. International customers may also be liable for customs fees on receipt of the item. Please check with your local customs office.

Your item will be sent to you inside a bubble envelope for protection during transit.

Shipping times can vary from 5-20 working days. Please send me an email when you receive your purchase and let me know how long it took to get to you.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Your purchase will leave my hands in perfect condition. If insurance is not requested I cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost items by the postal system and therefore cannot offer a refund.

If you are not satisfied with your product a refund will be issued (excluding shipping costs) should the item be returned to me within 7 days of receipt. It is the buyers responsibility for payment of return shipping costs.

Custom orders, once accepted by email/convo, are non returnable.
