Welcome to my store! I have been designing and making fashion jewelry, zipper pulls, purse charms, wine glass charms and other fun stuff since August of 2006 and items have been purchased by customers from many countries around the world on this and other sites as well as locally. I only choose quality components to make my items. All my earrings are made with either Silver Plated hooks or 14K Gold Plated Hooks and both plates are over surgical steel. My background in retail will provide you with an old school approach to customer service which is very important to me. Thanks for looking!

Shipping Information

I ship Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays...and blizzard days.

Notes about S&H

I use Oversize Letter-post Airmail through Canada Post. This method is charged by weight and does not provide a tracking number or insurance. Once an order has been paid for I will weigh it and then refund any overpayment ASAP.

I have a postal scale so if you would prefer to know before hand how much S&H will be on multiple item orders please copy item URLs into an e-mail and I will give you an exact amount.

$2.40 up to 100 grams
$3.30 up to 200 grams
$4.10 up to 300 grams
$4.60 up to 400 grams
$4.85 up to 500 grams

U.S. S&H Rates
$3.40 up to 100 grams
$4.85 up to 200 grams
$8.55 up to 500 grams

International S&H Rates
$5.40 up to 100 grams
$8.50 up to 200 grams
$15.85 up to 500 grams

Average delivery times

Within Canada 3 to 6 business days
US destinations 9 to 16 business days
International 9 to *21 business days
*It may take up to 8 weeks depending on destination, anywhere in South and Central America and Asia as an example.

Please also note: if you wish to have items shipped with insurance and a tracking number the postage cost will be considerably higher as the order will then be upgraded to small packages parcel post.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

*As I have no control over what happens to packages once they enter the postal system I will not be responsible for lost or damaged mail. It is very rare for items to be truly lost in the mail. In the last 7 years of selling on-line I have only had one lost order and that was because the wrong address was provided by the customer.

*All items are enclosed in a card pouch and shipped in a tamper-proof bubble envelope. If your item is damaged but the packaging is in tact please take a digital photo of the packaging and item and then e-mail them to me for assessment at wanittar@shaw.ca

Extra Information

CROSS STITCH PATTERNS: Patterns will be e-mailed to you along with a link to a HobbyWare pattern viewer with specific instructions. This will allow you to print your own copy using symbols or colors at various zoom views. When you open the pattern file it will show the view in symbols at 150% but of course you will be able to change that to suit your needs. If you prefer to have a printed copy mailed to you please arrange with me ahead of time so I can set up the listing with S&H. *Please note that all my designs are now copyrighted :D
