Shipping Information
Orders are generally shipped in 24 - 48 hours using the us postal service. The shipping cost includes both shipping and handling. Jewelry is shipped in a white gift box as first class mail. The baby afgan and ceramics will ship parcel post.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is important so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from date of shipment, for a refund or exchange,excluding shipping costs. The item must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which it was sent. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
