We strive to handcraft quality products for our customers. Each piece is made with TTLC (Tender Tennessee Lov'n Care) in a Smoke FREE, Pet FREE home just for you!
Most packages are mailed the following business day after payment is received. However, due to circumstances beyond our control (weather) we ask that you please allow up to 2/3 business days for shipping after payment has been received. Packages will be shipped through the USPS with delivery confirmation, no insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you prefer to have insurance added, please contact us prior to ordering.
NOTE: WE CLOSE EACH DECEMBER ON THE 23RD AND REMAIN CLOSED UNTIL THE FIRST MONDAY AFTER JANUARY 1ST OF EACH YEAR.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer cash refund for returns. We simply ask that you make a current measurment of your wrist, ankle and/or finger(s) prior to purchase(s). If by some force of nature your item(s) arrives damaged, please…do not leave negative feedback. We are here to work with you in resolving the matter. We ask that you return all parts/pieces of a FIRST time damaged item. A repair will then be made and the item will be resent at no cost to you. If you are simply not satisfied, we ask that you return that item for an IN SHOP CREDIT minus the shipping. We ask that you read the item description, ask questions and know your personal measurements PRIOR to placing your order as we will not be able to refund shipping costs.
