**** SIZING INFORMATION ****
jill2day tunics span many sizes depending on your build, how you layer and how loose you like it to be.
I have provided the critical measurements for you to check - either against your own measurements, or a garment that you already own.
**** FABRIC CONTENT****
Each jill2day garment is made from parts of various recycled garments. Some source fabrics are identifiable, others are not. Because of the nature of this reconstruction process, it is not possible to guarantee fabric content or origin. Sweaters may have parts of wool, various man-made fabrics or cotton and cotton blends.
**** CARE INSTRUCTIONS *****
This garment is pieced and sewn securely, and then pre-washed for added softness!
You can also wash it. Just be gentle with it: Cold wash - hand or delicate setting, air fluff or cold dry please!

I want you to be as thrilled to receive this garment as I am to make it, so contact me for any additional info you may need to make the right decision!
WITHIN THE US: I ship all items by US Priority Mail or First Class (when under 13 ounces in weight) with delivery confirmation.
I use new materials for shipping.
For Express mail, please email/convo me upon purchase and I can include additional shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL: I am happy to ship internationally. I will send first class, and will verify the cost of shipping (against what I have listed) after your purchase. If postage is more than $5.00 higher than what I have posted, I reserve the right to bill for 1/2 of the additional charges.
Customs Charges and Duties:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any and all Customs Charges and/or Duties related to their purchase. Please note, I will not mark any packages as "gifts" or change the amount of the item on Customs Forms as this is mail fraud and a serious criminal offense. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I am happy to accept returns provided the garment is clean, unworn, and in sellable condition. If you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase, please contact me within a week of receiving the item and let me know that you are sending it back. You will then ship it back to me (this shipping is your cost), with delivery tracking, within a week of our contact. After I receive the item you are returning, I will issue you a refund for the purchase price of the garment.
Custom work is generally not returnable, exceptions may be made if the item is appropriate for my general show and shop inventory.
