joandjimmy's Shop Policies
Jo and Jimmy specializes in quality, handcrafted accessories and footwear. The shop is owned and operated by Joanne and Jimmy Varga. With over 27 years of sewing and design experience, we pride ourselves in producing top quality, innovative and unique designs.
Jo and Jimmy is located in a small town in Central, Alberta Canada. The majority of our fabrics are purchased locally however we do special order custom fabrics.
Items in our shop that are Ready to Ship will be noted in the description. For other listed bags and footwear we are currently requiring one week to construct prior to shipping.
All items will be shipped by Canada Post XpressPost. Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. The package will be insured for up to $100. If you require additional insurance, please advise prior to forwarding payment so your invoice can be adjusted.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
As we pride ourselves in producing a high quality product, we do offer refunds on defective merchandise. In the event of a defective product, Jo and Jimmy will cover the cost of return shipping.
All custom orders are a final sale.
Custom Orders & Wholesale Orders
Jo and Jimmy can not offer refunds and/or exchanges on Custom Orders and Wholesale Orders.
We require a 50% payment at the time of order being placed and the balance, including shipping, is required prior to the order being shipped.
