Welcome to the policies section :) I sell what I do because I thoroughly enjoy making it! I started selling my items because I was making more things than I could use or give away as gifts. I make everything as though I was making it for something special.
Shipping Information
Most items you see are ready to ship, unless otherwise stated. Items will will ship via UPS or USPS within ten days of your order, typically with First Class USPS Mail unless otherwise arranged.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Already made items can be returned or exchanged for any reason is you are unsatisfied, however I do not accept returns on custom requested items (color requests on cat toys are NOT considered custom)
