Welcome to Keria Leigh Designs. Since the birth of my Daughter Keira Leigh, I have been crafting non-stop! It seems I have a little OCD. But that's good for you cause now you get to reap the rewards.
Shipping Information
All items are shipped using the USPS.
Delivery Confirmation is included on all packages.
Items less then 13 ounces are shipped First Class Mail.
Priority Mail is available for a small additional fee upon request.
Items weighing more then 13 ounces are shipped Priority Mail.
If you are needing an item to be shipped to an APO/FPO or overseas (outside USA) please convo me to see what the shipping will look like.
All ready to ship items are shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise noted/and or discussed and agreed upon prior to closing of sale.
Custom orders will take 1-2weeks to complete and ship.
***If you live local (Fredericksburg/Stafford) and would like to pick up an item please convo me and I will take shipping off***
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is my top priority. If your item arrives damaged you may return it to me and you may exchange it for something else or receive a credit toward your next purchase. I am sorry but at this time I am not offering refunds.
