All my items are handmade by myself and not mass produced.
I will do my best to supply an accurate description, measurements and photo's to avoid any misunderstanding of an item.

I accept Paypal as this is a fast, safe and effective method of payment. Payment is expected within 3 days, but if you need more time please contact me

Shipping Information

All pendants are shipped in bubblewrap packets, at large letter rate within Australia, and by Airmail for International orders. I can get quite a few pendants in the one packet with out to much extra cost.

I will ship as soon as the payment is received and cleared. Please be aware that I'm in Australia when purchasing and it will take at least 5 days for a packet/parcel to reach the USA postal centre and then time from there to your postal address. Just had a customer tell me it took 12 days from Australia to USA.

Please also be aware that some International orders will incur Customs and/or Duty Taxes, these costs are not included in the shipping costs I quote and I'm not responsible for these taxes, you are.

I am not responsible for orders lost or damaged in the mail.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I will refund on an item within 30 days of the item been returned to me, buyer will pay the return postage costs, please contact me first.
