Welcome to my shop! I like creating new items and think that everyone should have fun things they can use every day! All items in my shop are individually hand painted so even pairs are not completly identical.

Shipping Information

I ship to the address on file with Zibbet. Please confrm your address at the time of checkout. I am happy to ship items as gifts, just make sure the address given for shipping is the person the gift is going to. Sorry I cannot gift wrap, but I can include a small note card with your personal message. please let me know what you'd like the card to read when you checkout. I usually ship using the US Postal Service. your package should arrive approx 2 weeks after payment is received. if you are a local buyer (south central Wisconsin) we can arrange for a hand delivery to save on shipping costs. please send me a message and we can arrange to meet.

mostly I ship out on Mondays.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If for some reason item is broken or damaged in transit or even lost, please email me at kpoelma@yahoo.com. If you would like to exchange or be refunded for a broken item, I MUST have a digital photo of the broken item or item must be returned, shipping at your cost, within 10 days of receiving item (delivery confirmation confirms when you received the item). After proof of damage, I will exchange out the item, if possible, shipping back to you at my cost, to you or will send you a refund check less shipping charges. Things do happen and I'm a reasonable person and will do my best to make you happy.

All items are created in a smoke free, pet free environment.
My designs are my own, please do not copy.

I accept Pay-pal. Payment is due at the time of purchase if paying via pay-pal. I will include a printed receipt with my packages.
