I buy stones based on aesthetics and some may be dyed, heat-treated or stabilized. Many stones are hand cut and have natural inclusions which add beauty to the stone and are not considered flaws. I always try to include this in my descriptions.

Shipping Information

Accept paypal and Money Orders.
Please remember you do not need to have a Pay-Pal account to use your credit card.

If payment is not received within 3 hours of purchase, I will email a notice. Often new etsy purchasers can miss the last payment button. If I don't hear back from you I will send you an invoice through Paypal for your convenience. If payment is still not received, I will cancel the sale in 36 hours or sooner at my discretion, from the date of purchase.I ship as soon as payment is confirmed.
I add "Delivery Confirmation" to everything I ship within USA. Once your item has been shipped I will notify you.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase.
Exchanges or Returns must be returned within 7 days. Buyer pays for shipping on returns. I am not responsible for lost shipments. Items lost or damaged in the mail will be not replaced or refunded.

Extra Information

A 50% deposit is required for custom work at my discretion. Please be so kind as to expect to pay a 50% initial deposit and the final 50% when the order is complete. I do my best and consider it integral to the process to keep my customers updated on their custom order process.
