All my pictures are taken on the macro setting on my camera to show as much detail as possible. I am not a professional photographer, but do my best to photograph my product. Please read all the description of the product listed as that will give the most accurate size and length as well as color of product. Colors can vary on computer monitors.

All of my earrings come to you with ear nuts for added security while wearing. Unless they are leverbacks then they are not needed.

Shipping Information

Items ship within 24hrs of receipt of payment(excluding Sat&Sun). Earrings and Pendants are placed in a Gift Box tied with Ribbon. Bracelets are placed in and gift bag or gift box and shipped either in a Bubble Mailer or Shipping Box~~depending on how many items are ordered. Items are shipped USPS First Class.

If for some reason there is a difficulty with a credit card and PayPal, let me know. I can e-mail an invoice instead with which you can pay via a Credit Card.

If you would like the item shipped to a different address than what is on your PayPal, please let me know. I will be happy to do that and if you want it gift wrapped and card sent,I can do that too.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Your Satisfaction is my #1 Priority. Please contact me if you are not happy with your purchase and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
If refund or exchange is in order, buyer will be responsible for shipping item back in unused, original condition. Refund to be given when item is received. Seller will be responsible for shipping exchange item.
