Shipping Information

I ship several times a week and generally within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Unless it is a custom item that needs to be made. My shipping prices reflect the cost of postage, handling and packaging. If I have over charged on shipping by more than a US $1.00 I will send a refund.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

PAYMENT
I accept Paypal. You don't have to open an account through paypal to pay with credit card. Payment needs to be made within 3 days. If payment is not received in time the I allow items will be relisted.

RETURNS
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me so that we could work something out. If returning item for a full refund, refund won't be sent until item is returned in original condition within 7 days after receiving the item, minus shipping costs.

Extra Information

CUSTOM ORDERS
I do accept custom orders. Half of payment for the custom order needs to be paid upfront before I start working on the order. Other half of payment due when items are complete and you have seen photo's. I will not ship out a custom order prior to receiving the complete payment. If for some reason you decide not to go through with the order I reserve the right to list the items in my shop and keep the down payment to cover the cost of supplies and my time.
