My policy is simple: I aim to please. Since I appreciate your support and purchase I strive to keep you coming back. I will ship within 3-5 days of receipt of your payment.
If you need a special 'twink' to your item let me know, and I will try to accomodate your request. If you are not satisfied with your purchase let me know, and I will do all I can to rectify the situation. If I can't I will refund your payment & shipping as soon as I receive the item.
Shipping Information
I ship United States Postal Service Priority Mail. If you wish to ship with another carrier your shipping costs will be different from what I usually quote.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I insure all shipments and if you don't receive your purchase or it arrives damaged you will be refunded your payment.
