Shipping Information

I ship all items within 1-3 days (after payment has cleared) via USPS unless you request another form of delivery. Each item is carefully wrapped to ensure safe delivery. I reuse boxes that are in good shape (it's eco-friendly!) but will be happy to use a new box if specified.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I want to be sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If any problems, please contact me first and we will try to resolve any issues. If the issue cannot be resolved, I will refund your full purchase prics, not including shipping costs, upon return of the item. You MUST contact me within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and notify me of your intent to return your purchase. You have 10 days from the time you receive your purchase to return it to me. I will not accept returns after 10 days. Please use delivery confirmation on all returns and provide the tracking number after mailing.

The returned item mst be in the same condition it was received to receive a refund.

All refunds are issued through PayPal.
