Shipping Information

as far as payment is concerned, you'll notice i take paypal and "other."

"other" means payment-in-person. i will be more than happy to meet up with you in the greenville, south carolina area to exchange the product for payment. depending on whether or not you still want your purchase boxed and/or custom lindent&tc wrapped (which includes more words...), the shipping fee can be cancelled or negotiated. :)

shipping includes your purchase boxed and/or custom lindent&tc wrapped (including more seeminglyrandom words on the packaging), as well as careful packing and postage to insure that your journal comes as crafted. :)

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

linden&tc wants you to be completely happy with your purchase, and guarantees quality in its handcraft. upon your journal's arrival, you will find a secure, strong binding, great quality of papers and covers, and--of course-- a smattering of words.

i take pride in what i create, and i want you to, too! if you find that the quality of your purchase is not to your expectations, please convo me and we will work together to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

speaking of convo-ing, please do not hesitate to send me any questions concerning a purchase before buying. i am more than happy to produce more pictures and answer any questions beforehand. i would much rather make sure you are sure of your purchase before you buy than have you feel uncomfortable until your journal arrives. :)

(returns do not include "buyer's remorse" for reasons that are personal, not product, related. :) also, please note that handmade journals do not come weather, wet, coffee, or spill proof... [a significant portion of a book is paper, after all... ;)] so returns are not available due to inclement wear, tear, or weather.)
